ALBANY -- Roger Saillant, CEO of Latham-based fuel cell manufacturer Plug Power Inc., is expected to speak Monday at the Tech Valley Energy Forum in Albany.
The forum, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Albany NanoTech, is sponsored by New Energy New York, a group of alternative energy companies, and the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
