Mr. James has 14 years experience in structuring and financing tax incented opportunities for developers and investors. He is a speaker at tax credit conferences nationwide and has extensive experience with various tax credit programs which include renewable energy, historic tax credits, new market tax credits and low income housing. He created Greystone Renewable Energy Ventures and Greystone CDE, the New Markets Tax Credit division, and was Managing Director of both. Previously Matt served as Community Development Manager at Fannie Mae and Vice President at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Matt earned his B.A. from American University and Masters of International Business from the University of Auckland in Auckland, New Zealand.
