Robert Kilcullen joined Cowen and Company's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in 2000 and was involved in starting the firm's Cleantech practice in 2004. He has completed over 30 cleantech financing and advisory transactions. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Kilcullen worked in the technology industry in product management and technical sales roles, including three years with IBM. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco. About Cowen and Company
