Tim Stout is the Vice President of Energy Efficiency and Distributed Resources at National Grid.  In this capacity, he is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of National Grid's electric and gas energy efficiency programs in New England and New York.  He has worked in a variety of energy efficiency-related positions at National Grid since 1987. Tim currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy and the Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships.  Prior to joining National Grid, he worked as an Energy Specialist at the Conservation Law Foundation.  Tim holds a MA from Boston University and a BA from Middlebury College.
