Seth M. Mandelbaum is a partner in the law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP. Mr. Mandelbaum concentrates his practice in zoning/land use and environmental law and litigation, including obtaining land use approvals for cutting edge technology projects such as alternative energy fueling facilities and wireless telecommunications infrastructure.
Mr. Mandelbaum is a member of the New York and Connecticut bars, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern & Northern Districts of New York, as well as the District of Connecticut.
Mr. Mandelbaum received his J.D., Cum Laude, from Pace University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review; and a B.A. with Honors in Environmental Policy from the University of Florida.
Mr. Mandelbaum lives in White Plains, New York with his wife, Susan, and their two daughters.
