Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Todd was Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Fund Development at Village Ventures, Inc., the nation’s largest network of early-stage venture capital funds.
Todd is a regular panelist and frequent speaker at events focused on M&A, venture capital and emerging technology, and has written on the subject of deal structuring and private finance for several publications. He served as a member of the drafting committee of the National Venture Capital Association’s Standard Forms Project, which released its first set of industry-standard venture capital deal documents. Todd is founder of the Upstate New York Mergers & Acquisitions Council and a member of the Upstate Venture Association of New York.
