Robert Kilcullen joined Lazard as a Director in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure Group in March 2010. Prior to Lazard, Mr. Kilcullen was with Cowen and Company and its predecessor, SG Cowen, the U.S. investment banking arm of Société Générale, for approximately 10 years and was involved in starting the firm’s Alternative Energy and Cleantech investment banking practice in 2004. He has completed over 50 cleantech financing and advisory transactions for clients in bio-energy, solar, energy storage, distributed generation and specialty materials. Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Kilcullen worked in the technology industry for six years as a product manager and systems engineer, including three years with IBM. Mr. Kilcullen received his MBA at Cornell University and his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of San Francisco.
