David Waserstein Partner & Director of Investments I2BF Global Ventures
David Waserstein is a Partner at I2BF Global Ventures and President of the New York office. He joined in 2009 as the Director of Investments for I2BF Venture Capital and in this capacity manages most of I2BF's US investments and is frequently the lead partner in diligence efforts. He was formerly at Hudson Clean Energy Partners, one of the largest renewable-energy focused private equity funds with over USD 1 billion under management, where he was the third investment professional. His responsibilities included industry analysis, as well as deal sourcing and diligence. Previously, he was the founder of High Water Mark Advisors, LLC and Anvanta Systems. He is currently a board member at Nordic Windpower and Integrated Photovoltaics and a board observer at Primus Power. Mr. Waserstein has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Tufts University.
