Schuyler "Skip" Grow Managing Director, Clean Technology Group Morgan Stanley & Co.
Mr. Grow joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as a Managing Director in the Power & Utility Group covering the clean technology sector. He has a broad range of industry experience, having managed transactions for such leading companies as A123, Amonix, Clean Energy Fuels, Comverge, First Solar, Sunpower, Suntech, Trina Solar and Westport Innovations, among others. Mr. Grow’s transaction experience encompasses public and private equity financing, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Grow was a Managing Director and Head of the Alternative Energy Group at Lazard Frères & Co. He has spent the majority of his 20-year investment banking career working with growth companies. Mr. Grow received a BS degree in finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
