A look inside NanoFab 200 (also known as CESTM), including its 200 mm wafer facilities and its metrology and characterization labs and tools. Students and faculty members collaborate on cutting-edge research here in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), lithography, spintronics and other areas, on nanotechnology used in a variety of applications in the biohealth, advanced energy, security, telecommunications and other industries.
