Legal and Policy Issues in Cleantech Clean technologies are receiving increased attention from a variety of stakeholders today. State and federal government entities are offering a variety of incentives, subsidies and grants to assist in the development of cutting edge clean energy technologies. With global warming a household name and the "green" label becoming the latest fad, new clean energy technology products and businesses are being created every day.  Join the discussion as our panelists weigh in on legal issues and new policies surrounding cleantech businesses and products, and what impact it has on our everyday lives.

Each forum will feature expert speakers and panelists within the field.  Though the events do have a stronger emphasis on small and start-up companies, they are designed to benefit anyone with an interest in the topic, not simply entrepreneurs.  Typical participants include representatives from industry, academia, and government.  Panels are designed for maximum audience interaction.
