ALBANY -- The Center for Economic Growth celebrated 25 years at its
annual meeting Wednesday night, and it was fitting that the event was
held at the University at Albany's College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
That's
because, in many ways, the NanoCollege symbolizes how the Capital
Region has transformed itself from a "sleepy" government town to a
high-tech mecca.
