ALBANY, NY (WAMC) - In today's Academic Minute, Dr. Alain Diebold of the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering at the University at Albany explains metrology.

Dr. Diebold earned a Ph.D. at Purdue. He is Empire Innovation Professor of Nanoscale Science and Executive Director at the Center for Nanoscale Metrology.

Dr. Diebold's research interests include materials characterization, metrology and materials science at the nanoscale, and semiconductor metrology. Listen to podcast
