COLONIE -- The Capital Region Building Owners and Managers Association has announced the recipients of its Office Building of the Year Awards.

Among the winners, each recognized for a particular category, are 400 State St. in Schenectady; The SUNY Research Foundation building in Albany; the University at Albany NanoTech Complex; the government building at 50 Wolf Rd. in Colonie, and others.

The awards will be presented Dec. 3 at the Desmond Hotel in Colonie. The association will also recognize Joseph Miller of the Picotte Cos.; Jim Grady of Tri-State High Rise Services; and Leonard Duffy of First Columbia for their contributions to the industry.
