CNSE Nanoeconomics Constellation Head Dr. Edward M. Cupoli joined Rep. Paul Tonko, New York State Assembly Majority Leader Ron Canestrari, representatives from Vistec Lithography Inc., the Watervliet Arsenal, and the Arsenal Business & Technology Partnership to announce that Vistec Lithography will be shipping a new electron beam lithography system to the United States Army for advanced research and development.
