Responsibilities:

As CNSE Vice President for Finance and Fiscal Management, Mr. Loonan is responsible for providing the operating and business management necessary to support existing and new programs, including creating business and funding plans to support CNSE growth objectives. The emphasis of maintaining growth objectives includes the implementation and management of sound internal controls, policies, and procedures over a complex university - government - private industry business model.
